Shipping policy

Standard Dispatch Times:

Dispatch of orders: Greetings Cards: 1-2 days.  Flower Products: 2-3 days.

All orders are sent by Royal Mail 2nd Class. Shipping upgrades to Royal Mail 1st class & Tracked 24 are available. Orders over £70 are sent with free shipping Royal Mail 2nd class...paid shipping upgrades are available on orders over £70.

As all our products are made to order, sometimes during the busy periods dispatch times can take a little longer. Mother's Day, Christmas are peak times for us. But rest assured we are always working hard in the studio to get your purchases to you as fast as possible :)

If an order is needed by a particular date please get in touch and we let you know if we can make it happen.
